I was quite impressed with the quality of the rooms at this hotel; they felt like a 5-star hotel with a good size and a spacious bathroom. However, the room I received wasn't as clean as I had expected. The location was excellent, right next to Essex Green Mall with a variety of amenities, but the dining experience left something to be desired.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, right off the highway, and next to the Essex Green Mall with various amenities. The room, although near the indoor pool, was not as clean as I had hoped, and being on the first floor close to the dumpster, emptied at 3 am, was quite disturbing. The distance from the elevator added to the inconvenience; however, the service was satisfactory with available dry cleaning and housekeeping services.
